Customer Support @ Head & Heal (Entry Level)

Head & Heal is a seed-to-sale CBD brand based in Cortland, New York. We grow, process, and bottle organic CBD products that are distributed via our ecommerce site, farmers markets and retail stores. Founded in 2017, Head & Heal is a startup company experiencing fast growth. We are a team of self-starters, motivated by our mission to bring quality CBD products to our customers.
Responsibilities
● Develop deep knowledge about Head & Heal products and CBD
● Monitor and respond to online chat questions
● Respond to customer questions via email
● Create macro responses to common FAQs
● Answer customer questions via phone support
● Ensure all of our customers have a positive experience
● Assist with shipping and order fulfillment as needed

● Good communication skills, both written and verbal
● Ability to work independently
● Self motivated and eager to learn

● Adapt quickly to changing priorities
● Are a master multitasker nailing the art of juggling multiple chats at once, while handling emails, and supporting your peers
● Comfortable with cloud-based software like Google Docs
● Previous experience in technical support is a plus
● Familiarity with Zendesk and other CRM systems
Work out of our office in Cortland, NY
● Mon-Fri 9am-5pm
● On call on weekends
