GiveGab’s Civic Giving Days Raise $124 Million

Rev member GiveGab, an online fundraising platform for nonprofits, facilitated a record-breaking $124 million in donations during civic Giving Days in 2020. This marks a 60% increase in donations from 2019.  

Giving Days are 24-hour fundraising challenges where organizations can use strategies like urgency, peer influence, and matching gifts to rally their communities and raise significant amounts of money. Outpacing traditional fundraising efforts at a 12:1 pace, giving days are the future of online fundraising. According to their Giving Day Data Report, 244 giving days were hosted by GiveGab throughout the United States during 2020, making them the #1 industry leader in Giving Day facilitation.  

Acquired by nonprofit software provider EveryAction in April 2021, GiveGab leads the way in innovative fundraising efforts for organizations like community foundations, educational institutions, and hospital foundations. Since 2015, GiveGab has raised over $2 billion for 40,000 organizations.
