Advanced Waste Processing Job Posting

Advanced Waste Processing Logo

Who we are

Advanced Waste Processing (AWP) is a startup focused on converting waste plastic into valuable feedstocks using its proprietary continuous reactor technology, effective on various plastics, including hard-to-recycle polyolefins. Founded in July 2024, AWP is in its early stages and seeks a motivated chemical engineer to co-found or consult on scaling the reactor technology to a commercially viable level. Despite the industry’s challenges, AWP’s innovation offers a financial incentive to recycle low-quality plastics, often ending up in landfills, contributing to environmental pollution.

We’re looking for talented and motivated individuals who share our vision and want to make an impact. As part of our team, you’ll have the opportunity to work on exciting projects and collaborate with experts in the field. You’ll be challenged to think outside the box and bring new ideas to the table. And you’ll be supported in your personal and professional growth every step of the way.

If you’re looking for a company that’s making a difference and offers endless opportunities for growth and development, our company is the place for you. Join us and be a part of something truly special. Submit your resume to meet and learn more about us and our mission.
