Next week Tom and I will be taking a trip down to DC to participate in Open 2015. This conference for makers, innovators, entrepreneurs, and educators is hosted by Venture Well, an organization that supports strategies for innovation at schools around the country. We’ll be speaking in a panel, “Creation and Assessment of Collaborative Innovation Spaces.” Speaking in the panel with us are Jacqueline Ashby, a researcher and education professional from Simon Fraser University, and Steve Erwin and Joe Rondinelli of Shepley-Bulfinch Architects (the firm behind Harvard’s Innovation Lab).

This panel, which is aimed at helping users become involved in all phases of design and assessment, will tell the story of several space design projects – including the creation of Rev. I will also be discussing my research, which will be used to assess Rev and inform the design of their third floor (coming in 2015) during the Friday poster session (5:15-6:45 PM).

We hope you’ll follow along via the blog, Twitter, or (if you’ll be at Venture Well) in person. Find Bonnie on Twitter and Instagram, and find Tom on Twitter as well – along with the main Rev Twitter feed. And hey, Tweet us if you’ll be around – we want to add you to our network.
